The first system with our new high efficiency deltaSchwank tube heater has been successfully put into operation.
In the approximately 2500m² new building of a materials company, in which several large machines are supposed to be operated in the future. “The reasons why we chose Schwank were clear,” says the operator. In addition to negative experiences made with the products of other German manufacturers, deltaSchwank also has a whole series of features that make it particularly suitable for use in this new building.
Apart from the length ratios of deltaSchwank, which were ideally suited to the building utilisation concept, the enormous efficiency of the product as well as the standard full modulation were crucial factors as well. Moreover, deltaSchwank is really smart thanks to its ModBUS capability. In combination with the SchwankControl Touch, deltaSchwank offers maximum user-friendliness. Using the central regulation, it is possible to see the performance that the individual heaters are delivering. One can also change the settings very easily and configure the heating system to perfectly match the needs of the operator.
