The new tube heater generation deltaSchwank wins the renowned “Best Of Industriepreis 2017”. With this prize, the revolutionary heating solution now belongs to the best products of the year.
deltaSchwank has caused a real breakthrough in the field of tube heater technology. Thanks to its innovative concept and the use of unique components, such as the bluTek burner, deltaSchwank combines a whole range of benefits. First and foremost is the enormous level of efficiency. For example, the radiation factor of deltaSchwank could be increased by 29% as compared to customary high-power heaters. At the same time, the exhaust gas losses were reduced by 50%. In combination with half the reduced electrical consumption, the total energy efficiency [seasonal efficiency] rises to a remarkable 97.6%. Thanks to the standard BUS connection, deltaSchwank also offers the predictive maintenance feature, which significantly increases the system availability. In addition, CO2 emissions could be reduced by 19% and NOx emissions by 55%.
All these factors taken together encouraged the jury of Industriepreis to include deltaSchwank in the league of the best products of the year. “We are very pleased to receive this award.
