Schwank was awarded the Weltmarktführer 2018 prize this year. Our company was able to convince the jury for the second time in a row. The award, which is presented by a jury consisting of representatives of the Wirtschaftswoche and the renowned University of St. Gallen, honours medium-sized companies that have become world market leaders in their respective sectors.
In addition to criteria such as the sales volume, aspects such as the share of sales abroad were also taken into consideration this year. Professor Friedhelm Schlösser: “In addition to the joy of receiving another award, I am particularly pleased with the indication that can be surmised from this prize: It shows that we have been able to expand our market position and pay off our investments in research and development. Our current product campaign has found exactly the right answers to the increased environmental and legal requirements.”
